The Role of the Crane and Sling in the AAC Block Production Process:
Used for lifting and transporting large and heavy components, such as molds or autoclaved blocks, during the curing and cutting stages. It guarantees safe and efficient material handling, eliminating the need for manual labor.
- Process It Belongs To:
Handling and Transportation process, primarily used after the curing stage and before/after the cutting stage. - Related Equipment Before:
Autoclave – used to cure aerated concrete blocks under high pressure and elevated temperature.
Demolding Equipment – for removing the molds from the cured blocks before they are lifted. - Related Equipment After:
Cutting Machine – for slicing the cured aerated concrete blocks into the desired dimensions.
Packaging and Palletizing Equipment – for preparing the cut blocks for storage and transport to the construction site.
Usage:
The inserting machine is used to insert the mesh cage into the slurry in the mold.
The pulling-out crane pulls the steel nails out from the cake in the mold.
Technical performance and characteristics:
The machine is mainly divided into a main body, guide frame, and hanger assembly parts. The main body part is driven by the left and right walking beam drive motors and has brakes, which can realize synchronous frequency conversion speed regulation and accurate mechanical positioning.
The lifting device is lifted and lowered as a whole, and the clamp and release of the hanger hook device are controlled by hydraulic pressure, and the action is stable and reliable.
Scope of supply:
The main body and lifting device, walking beam frame, hanger assembly, hydraulic control system, etc.
