Structure

  • The electronic powder weighing scale consists of a bin, a support ring, a load electronic sensor, and a pneumatic butterfly valve.
  • The barrel is shaped like a truncated cone, which has the advantage of smooth material dropping and is made of steel plate.
  • The support ring is composed of a steel plate, a bin seat plate, and three load electronic sensors suspended between the support ring. The barrel is equipped with a pneumatic butterfly valve to control the dropping process.

Maintenance

  1. At the end of a shift, cut off the power supply, clean the barrel wall, and ensure that the powder is weighed correctly.
  2. Wipe the dust off the electronic sensor and weighing display.

The Role of the Powder and Slurry Electric Scale in the AAC Block Production Process:

  • Role of Powder and Slurry Electric Scale: Measures and controls the exact weight of dry powders (e.g., cement, lime, and gypsum) and slurry (e.g., water and sand mix) for accurate batching in the production process. Ensures precise dosing to maintain consistency in the material mix.
  • Process It Belongs To: Raw Material Weighing and Batching process, ensuring the correct proportions of ingredients are added before mixing.
  • Related Equipment Before:
Storage Silos – for storing powders like cement and lime.
Screw Conveyors – for transporting powders and slurry to the scale.
  • Related Equipment After:
Mixing Equipment – for blending the accurately weighed materials into a uniform slurry.
Casting Molds – used to pour the mixed slurry for shaping aerated concrete blocks.
