The Role of the Pallet Feeder in the AAC Block Production Process:
Feeds empty pallets into the production line to support and transport freshly formed AAC blocks during the cutting and curing processes.

Casting Molds – where the AAC mixture is poured and begins to set.

Structure
- The release machine consists of a gantry, a crossbeam, a lifting guide wheel, a stacking frame, a chain, a sprocket, and a pneumatic system.
- The gantry, the crossbeam, and the stacking frame are welded by steel and steel plates. The lifting guide wheel is connected to the stacking frame with bolts.
