From September 15 to 18, 2026, Runding participated in bauma CONEXPO INDIA 2026 at the India Expo Centre in Greater Noida, joining construction machinery and building material equipment companies from India and around the world.
As one of the important international trade fairs for construction machinery, building material machines, mining machines and construction vehicles in India, bauma CONEXPO INDIA provides a meeting point for equipment manufacturers, contractors, building material producers, investors and industry professionals. The 2026 exhibition covers four major sectors, including construction sites, mining and raw material processing, building material production, and components and services.
For Runding, the exhibition was more than an opportunity to display AAC equipment. It was also a valuable chance to meet customers face to face, understand the changing requirements of the Indian building materials market, and discuss how more efficient and automated AAC production can be achieved under different project conditions.

Bringing Runding’s AAC Solutions to Greater Noida
Founded in 2011, Runding specializes in intelligent equipment and production solutions for autoclaved aerated concrete blocks and panels. Our services cover plant planning, equipment manufacturing, installation, commissioning, control system upgrades, and technical support.
At bauma CONEXPO INDIA 2026, our team introduced visitors to Runding’s complete AAC production concept rather than focusing on a single machine.
A modern AAC factory is a connected production system. Preparing raw materials, batching and pouring, pre-curing, cutting, grouping, autoclaving, and handling completed products must all cooperate at a proper production rhythm. Runding therefore develops equipment and plant configurations around the customer’s actual capacity, raw materials, factory conditions and production targets.
Our solutions cover major production sections including:
- Raw material preparation
- Batching and pouring
- Pre-curing and cutting
- Grouping and autoclaving
- AAC block and panel handling
- Packing and finished-product handling
- Plant automation and control
Runding provides solutions for different plant scales, from smaller AAC factories to medium and large automated production lines.

Real Conversations Around Real AAC Projects
One of the most valuable parts of the exhibition was the opportunity to move discussions away from catalog specifications and toward actual production problems.
During the show, visitors stopped at our booth to study the AAC production line layout and discuss equipment configurations with the Runding team. Some were evaluating a new AAC plant, while others were more interested in improving an existing production line.
The conversations quickly became practical.
Instead of simply asking, “How much does an AAC production line cost?”, customers discussed their expected daily output, available factory space, local raw materials, block dimensions, automation requirements and future expansion plans.
For example, when discussing a proposed plant with a visitor, our team first focused on the target production capacity and factory layout. From there, the conversation moved naturally to mould size, cutting equipment, autoclave quantity, material flow and the number of production shifts required.
Another common discussion concerned AAC cutting accuracy and production stability. Runding’s automatic AAC cutting system is designed to coordinate horizontal and vertical cutting after pre-curing, helping producers maintain consistent block dimensions while reducing unnecessary material waste.
These face-to-face conversations are particularly important for AAC projects. Two factories with the same nominal capacity may require very different equipment configurations because their raw materials, available land, labor conditions and production schedules are different.
Autoclaving Was Another Important Topic
The autoclaving section also attracted considerable attention during our discussions with visitors.
An autoclave cannot be selected only according to vessel diameter or length. Its capacity must be considered together with mould dimensions, steaming wagons, curing cycles, steam supply, rail arrangement and the overall production rhythm.
During conversations at the booth, our engineers explained how the autoclave fits into the complete process:
Cutting → Grouping → Loading → Autoclaving → Unloading → Separation → Packing
Because boosting a single machine’s capacity does not always result in an increase in the plant’s overall output, this system-level approach is crucial. If the cutting section, material handling system or autoclaving cycle becomes a bottleneck, the factory can still struggle to reach its designed capacity.
Runding therefore considers the autoclave together with the grouping crane, steaming wagons, rail system, steam system and upstream and downstream equipment rather than treating it as an isolated pressure vessel.

Why bauma CONEXPO INDIA Matters to Runding
India’s construction and building material industries make bauma CONEXPO INDIA an important platform for companies serving the production side of the construction sector. The exhibition specifically includes machinery and plants for building material production, making it highly relevant to AAC equipment manufacturers and producers.
The scale of the previous edition also demonstrates its industry reach. According to the organizer, bauma CONEXPO INDIA 2024 attracted 51,118 visitors from 83 countries and 984 exhibitors, covering approximately 135,000 square meters of exhibition space.
For Runding, participating in the 2026 exhibition provides an opportunity to communicate directly with AAC producers, project investors, engineering companies and potential local partners.
More importantly, these discussions help us understand what customers actually need.
Some projects require a compact plant with controlled investment. Others prioritize higher automation and reduced labor dependence. Existing AAC factories may be looking for bottleneck upgrades rather than an entirely new line. Large projects, meanwhile, often require more attention to production balance, material logistics and future capacity expansion.
There is no single AAC plant configuration that is right for every customer.
From AAC Project Partner to Equipment Provider
Runding’s objective goes beyond just providing individual computers. We aim to help customers connect equipment selection with the complete production process.
From early feasibility analysis and plant layout to machine selection, manufacturing, installation, commissioning and technical support, Runding provides a one-stop approach to AAC block and panel production projects.
The conversations at bauma CONEXPO INDIA reinforced something we see repeatedly in AAC projects: customers increasingly care about more than equipment capacity. They want to understand operating stability, automation, labor requirements, energy use, maintenance, product consistency and whether the production line can adapt to future market changes.
These are exactly the areas where close communication between the equipment supplier and AAC producer becomes important.
Looking Beyond bauma CONEXPO INDIA 2026
bauma CONEXPO INDIA 2026 gave Runding another opportunity to bring our AAC manufacturing solutions closer to the Indian and international building materials markets.
More importantly, every discussion at the booth gave us a better understanding of the challenges faced by AAC producers—from planning a new factory to improving the efficiency of an existing production line.
We appreciate everyone who visited and exchanged ideas with the Runding team during the exhibition.
For us, the discussion doesn’t end when the exhibition does. Runding will continue developing intelligent, reliable, and practical AAC block and panel production solutions, helping customers turn plant concepts into efficient production systems.
